(1) Trains or individual locomotives must be illuminated at the front and red lights at the rear.
(2) During normal operation, the locomotive must be at the front of the train.
(3) Non-motor vehicles are not allowed on the same section of the track. If it is necessary to drive, it must be approved by the underground transportation dispatching station.
(4) The damper through which the train passes must be equipped with a device that can emit sound and light signals that can be received on both sides of the damper when the train passes.
(5) Road signs and warning signs should be installed in the roadway. When locomotives are approaching roadway openings, chamber openings, bends, turnouts, areas with steep slopes or loud noises, as well as vehicles ahead or obstructions to the line of sight, the speed must be reduced and an alarm should be issued.
(6) There must be regulations for sending emergency stop signals with miner’s lamps. In non-hazardous situations, no one is allowed to use the emergency stop signal.
(7) When two locomotives or two trains run in the same direction on the same track, they must keep a distance of no less than 100m.
(8) The braking distance of the train shall be measured at least once a year, and it shall not exceed 40m when transporting materials; it shall not exceed 20m when transporting personnel.
(9) In bends or sections where the driver's line of sight is blocked, the train busy block signal should be set; in the newly built or expanded large mine bottom depot and transportation roadway, a signal centralized block system should be set up.

(16) Explosives and electric detonators shall not be transported in the same train. If they are transported in the same train, empty space must be used between the vehicles with explosives and electric detonators, and between the vehicles with explosives or electric detonators and the locomotive. Cars are separated, and the total length of empty cars shall not be less than 3m.
(17) Nitroglycerin explosives and electric detonators must be installed in a dedicated, covered carriage with wooden partitions. The interior of the carriage should be covered with soft cushions such as rubber or sack, and only one layer of blasting material box should be placed. , Other types of explosive boxes can be installed in the mine cart, but the stacking height shall not exceed the upper edge of the mine cart.
(18) Explosive materials must be escorted by the person in charge of the underground explosive material warehouse or specially trained personnel. Followers, escorts and loading and unloading personnel should sit in the chaser, and other people are strictly forbidden to ride.
(19) The traveling speed of the train shall not exceed 2m/s.
(20) Trains containing explosive materials must not carry other objects or tools at the same time.
