22Kw ELectric Rake Winch for gold mine (hereinafter referred to as winches) are mainly used for ore handling and filling in metal mines and other mine pits or open pits.
They are used for raking on slopes with a horizontal or inclination angle of no more than 44°.
This harrow mine winch should be suitable for use in the actual environment and operating conditions specified below:
a. When the flameproof winch is working the gas and coal dust in the surrounding air should not exceed the concentration specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".
b. Non-explosion-proof winches should not be used in places where there are flammable and explosive gases such as gas and coal dust.
c. The winch should be installed in a computer room where the air temperature is 0℃-40℃ the relative humidity is not more than 85% (when the ambient temperature is 20℃±5℃) and the altitude is not more than 1000m. It should be able to prevent liquid from being immersed into the appliance without violent vibration. Work in a bumpy non-corrosive gas environment.
d. When the altitude exceeds 1000m the cooling effect of air and the decrease of dielectric strength need to be considered. The electrical equipment selected should be designed or used in accordance with the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
