When starting at low frequency (1HZ), the starting torque can reach 300% of the rated value, which can make the AC asynchronous motor reach and exceed the starting torque and traction characteristics of the DC motor, and its traction is the same as that of the ordinary DC motor vehicle. 1.6 times. 4. Stronger climbing ability The climbing ability of ordinary DC lithium battery electric locomotives is 11‰, and the climbing ability of locomotives using AC frequency conversion speed regulation system is 60‰. Under the same adhesion conditions, the AC traction variable frequency speed regulation vehicle can run on the line gradient that cannot go on the DC vehicle.
5. Better speed regulation performance. Use stepless uniform speed regulation, high precision, the lowest adjustable frequency is 1HZ, and the lowest adjustable speed is 0.5r/min.
The speed can be preset. Once a certain vehicle speed is set, it will not exceed the set value even when driving downhill, which can avoid accidents caused by overspeed and is safe and reliable. The frequency increase time is 5 seconds, even if the driver suddenly accelerates, the locomotive still increases to the maximum value in 5 seconds.
