So how many type does it have? and how to choose the most suitable type for your tunnel? According to the type, it have wheel belt type, wheel chain type, crawler belt type and crawler chain type, 4 types. Each type suitable for different working environment.
First, Wheel belt mucking loader, it is also a most common type that applied in coal mines, metal mines and tunnels,but the operation slope must ≤5°, the tunnel sized requires from 1.8m*1.8m to 4m*4m, the loading capacity is from 50m3/h to 160m3/h. Pitures attached the wheel belt type.
Second, Wheel chain mucking loader.It most applied in the hard ore mines or tunnels. the operation slope ≤12°,it is with 4 wheel driver, chain transportation and hydraulic roller, the transmission effect and service life is much better than that wheel belt type. Thirdly, the crawler belt mucking loader,consist of crawler walking system and belt transmission part, suitable for the operation slope ≤12°, the minimum operation size requires at least 2m*2m middle mines or tunnels.See the attached photos.
Fourth type, Crawler chain mucking loader,the most strong gradeability type, it can operated in a slope ≤25°. It adopts crawler walking, chain transmission, which makes the machine more efficiency in a big slope envirnoment. but the requires tunnel size also at least 2m*2m. See the attached pictures
