What inspections should the rock loader usually do?

As a mechanical device for loading ore or rock, the rock loader is very dangerous once it fails. Especially if the machinery is not under control and moves randomly, it is very easy to cause injury to the staff. So it needs to be maintained and repaired regularly. But this is a maintenance measure that will be carried out every once in a while, and it cannot completely guarantee that there will be no problems during the interval. Therefore, in addition to regular maintenance, a series of inspections must be carried out on a daily basis to ensure daily use safety.

1. Whether the action of foot brake and travel switch is flexible. If there is jamming, the rock residue and obstacles should be removed immediately, and the engine oil should be injected.

2. After the rock loader is connected to the power supply, it is necessary to test the steering of the oil pump motor and test whether the power supply is reversed. The pressure of the oil pump shall not be adjusted casually.

3. Whether the cables are bound and reliable.

4. Whether the parts of the machine are loose or damaged, whether the cables are damaged, whether the oil level of the fuel tank meets the requirements, and whether the lighting is in good condition.

5. Whether the outer skin of the hose rubs against the bucket arm and the frame.

6. Whether the pipe joints are loose and leaking oil.

7. Whether the locking mechanism of the switch handle is effective.

8. Check the tension of the track, it should not be too loose or too tight. The sag between the track and the carrier sprocket and guide wheel is about 15-30mm.

Because the use and wear of each part of the rock loader are different, no one can guarantee that after one maintenance, it can be used in good condition until the next maintenance. Therefore, doing the inspection of the above items every day can ensure the safety of mechanical equipment to a greater extent.
