Operation procedures for the use and shutdown of mining locomotives

Mine electric locomotives are equipment specially used for the transportation of inclined shafts, and are facilities for transporting coal and other materials underground and on the ground. Its structure is reasonable, the use process is safe and reliable, and the buffer spring in the middle of the electric locomotive is made of rubber, which can safely and effectively ensure the safety performance of underground transportation. Although the electric locomotive is a very good transportation equipment, the user must pay attention to the correct use method and the correct operation procedure of the shutdown when using it, so that it can truly achieve foolproof operation.

The use and operation of electric locomotive:

1. Read the product manual carefully before using the equipment.

2. Before using the electric locomotive, check the rotation flexibility of the wheelset to ensure safe and reliable transportation.

3. Before using the electric locomotive that has been in stock (or out of service) for more than two years, the surface paint of the electric locomotive, wheel set bearings, lubrication, and oil seals should be inspected, and maintenance or replacement should be performed if necessary.

4. Check the production qualification of the connector manufacturer and the safety and reliability of the connector itself, and replace it if necessary.

5. The electric locomotive should avoid external collisions during use to ensure the service life of the car body.

Attentions during operation of electric locomotive:

1. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.

2. Overload operation is not allowed.

3. During the working process of the electric locomotive, manual cleaning of the electric locomotive is not allowed.

Shutdown operation procedure:

1. Normal shutdown: When the equipment is out of use, the residues in the car box, between the bumper and the car box, and in the rubber spring should be removed.

2. If necessary, overhaul the wheel sets, wheel sets, and carriages, and replace the wearing parts.

Precautions:

1. During use, the load on the electric locomotive must not exceed the specified value.

2. It is forbidden to work when the connecting device fails.

3. The frame will collide with the axle rigidly when it is shaken. It is forbidden to use it when the underframe and wheelset are faulty to avoid damaging the axle.

4. If it is found that the surface of the bolt or the three-ring chain is severely corroded or deformed, it should be discarded.

5. It is forbidden for electric locomotives to touch each other just before they meet.

6. When the electric locomotive track is deformed, it should be adjusted in time, otherwise the electric wheel pair is easy to be damaged, and it is easy to skip lanes during transportation.

Note: Before using a small electric locomotive, you should read the manual carefully. In addition, check the flexibility of the wheel set before each use to ensure safety and reliability in use. Electric locomotives should be free from external collisions during use to ensure that the car body can be used for a longer period of time.
