What's the structure of mining locomotive?

2021-05-29
Mine electric locomotives are used more and more widely in today's mines, which is inseparable from its own structure. The structure of mine electric locomotives mainly includes electrical and mechanical parts. Today, we will provide you with the small parts specifically included in these two parts. Let me introduce it in detail, let me learn more about it.
1. Axle box. The axle box of mine electric locomotive is the abbreviation of bearing box. It is installed in coordination with the axle journals at both ends of the wheelset. The sliding grooves on both sides of the axle box are matched with the guide rails on the frame, and there is a seat hole for the spring bracket on it. The frame is supported on the axle box by a spring bracket, and the axle box is the connection point between the frame and the wheel set. When the track is uneven, the relative movement between the wheelset and the frame occurs between the chute of the axle box and the guide rail of the frame, and the spring bracket is used for buffering.
2. Spring bracket. The spring bracket is a component consisting of a spring, a connecting rod, and a balance beam. Each axle box is equipped with a pair of leaf springs, and the leaf springs are connected with the frame by connecting rods. The balance beam can balance the load on each wheel when the track is uneven or partially dented. Gear transmission. There are two types of gear transmissions for mine electric locomotives: one is a single-stage open gear transmission; the other is a two-stage closed gear reducer. The open transmission mode has low transmission efficiency and relatively small transmission, while the closed gearbox has higher transmission efficiency and longer gear life.
3. Braking device. The braking devices of electric locomotives are divided into mechanical braking and electrical braking. Electric brake is the energy consumption brake of traction motor, no special setting is needed, just use the controller to change the electric circuit. Mechanical braking is the use of brakes or brakes for braking. Most of the brake brakes of mine electric locomotives are of the brake shoe type. A lever is used to make the brake shoe press the wheel tread, and the friction force between the brake shoe and the wheel forms a braking torque. There are three modes of operation: manual, pneumatic and hydraulic.
4. Sanding device. The sand spreading device on the mine electric locomotive is used to spread sand on the front rail surface of the wheel to increase the friction coefficient between the wheel and the rail surface. The sand in the sand box should be dry sand with a particle size not greater than 1mm. a. The wheel set is formed by pressing two wheels on a shaft. There are two types of wheels, one is a structure in which the tyre and the wheel core are hot-pressed together; the other is an integral wheel. The advantage of the former is that when the tyre is worn to the limit, only the tyre is replaced without scrapping the entire wheel. The driving wheel pair has a transmission gear, and the motor drives the wheel pair to rotate after the gear is decelerated.

The structure of the mine electric locomotive completes the transportation of coal, gangue, materials, equipment, and personnel. After use, check whether the resistor is broken, whether the wiring terminals are loose, and clean up the dust.
