How to check the explosion-proof performance of mining electric locomotives?
1 Check the explosion-proof parts
1. Check whether the appearance and function of the explosion-proof plug are intact, that is, whether there is damage; whether the connection between the cable and the plug is firm.
2. Check whether the appearance and function of the explosion-proof control are in good condition, that is, whether there is damage; whether the control is out of order.
3. Check whether the appearance and function of the motor are intact, that is, whether there is damage; whether the output is stable and whether the power is sufficient.
2 Check the battery
(1) Check whether the appearance and function of the battery box are in good condition, that is, whether the box body, especially the box cover, is deformed, whether the opening and closing are smooth, whether the mechanical lock between the box body and the box cover is in good condition; whether the rated voltage and rated current conform to Parameter standard, whether the battery has short circuit and so on.
(2) Check whether the cables and welding places of the battery are firm, check whether the insulating parts are damaged, and whether the live parts are exposed.
(3) Check whether the insulation part of the battery box cover is in good condition, check whether the battery has acid leakage, and check whether the seals and fasteners are loose, damaged or missing.
One of the six points in the above two parts has a problem, that is, the explosion-proof performance is doubtful. It is recommended to stop using it and deal with it accordingly.
