If the belt of the ZWY60 muck loader is often deviated, and the long-term deviated work will not only affect the work efficiency, but also affect the service life of the front and rear drums and the belt. Under normal circumstances, the deviation of the conveyor belt is mainly due to the fact that the front and rear rollers and the middle idler cannot be installed on the same center line during installation, and the balance between them is not high. This makes it easy for the conveyor belt to deviate when it is working, and the rollers run at double the load (the latter electric rollers are often burnt out like this). In addition, when making the conveyor belt, be sure to make sure that the perimeter on both sides of the belt ordered by the belt buckle is the same.
The deviation of the conveyor belt of the ZWY60 muck loader is mainly due to the following problems:
1. Check whether the horizontal centerline of the idler and the longitudinal centerline of the belt are highly coincident (that is, whether they are tight). If the coincidence is greater than 3mm, then it is necessary to adjust it. If the conveyor belt deviates to that side, move the idler forward to one side of the conveyor belt, or move the other side of the idler backward.
2. Check the deviation value of the flat surface of the front and rear rack mounting bearing seats. If it is greater than 1mm, then adjust both sides to the same plane. Adjustment method of the front roller: If the conveyor belt is deviated to the right side of the roller, then move the bearing seat on the right side of the roller forward or move the bearing seat on the left side backward. On the contrary, move the bearing seat on the left side of the drum forward or move the right side backward. The adjustment method of the tail electric drum is just opposite to the previous one.
3. The offset direction and position of the belt can also be judged by checking the position of the conveyed material. When using the ZWY60 muck loader to transport materials, try to ensure that the materials are transported in the center. If there is still material deviation after re-adjustment, you can make some baffles to block to ensure that the material is in the center of the belt when conveying.
