What are the reasons for the deterioration of ZQ-26 rock loader lubricating oil?
Lubricating oil is very important for vehicles such as rock loader, it can play the role of lubrication, cleaning, cooling, sealing, salt grinding and so on. After the lubricating oil is used for a long time, there will be deterioration. Therefore, the following points are analyzed for the reasons for the deterioration:
①When the rock loader is working, it is heated and oxidized, causing the lubricating oil to form colloid and carbon residue. Some of the combustion products combine with the condensed water in the cylinder to generate acidic substances that are mixed into the lubricating oil and corrode the metal parts.
②Mechanical impurities such as lime sand in the air, metal chips worn out by parts and carbon residue after combustion are mixed into the lubricating oil.
③Because of incomplete combustion or poor ventilation of crankcase or poor sealing of cylinder head gasket, coolant mixed with lubricating oil will significantly reduce the viscosity of lubricating oil and lose lubricating performance.
The deterioration of the lubricating oil of the rock loader is mostly due to the above reasons. In order to prevent the frequency of lubricating oil deterioration, the user can treat it in a targeted manner and prolong the service life of the oil.
