1. Drivers of electric locomotives must be trained to obtain a certificate before they can work.
2. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to stick your head or body out of the car.
3. It is strictly forbidden to throw off the protection device or increase the setting value without authorization, or use copper wire, iron wire and other non-melts instead of fuses (sheets) and other melts.
4. It is forbidden to leave the work post without authorization, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the driver's cab while the locomotive is in motion or before it stops. When leaving the post temporarily, you must cut off the power of the motor, remove the controller handle for safekeeping, tighten the brakes, but do not turn off the lights. Where there is a slope, wooden wedges are also used to wedge the wheels.
5. Do not over-discharge the battery.
2. Preparation
1. The successor driver must learn about the locomotive operation, signals, and line conditions from the shift driver (the shift driver must take the initiative to explain clearly), and carefully check the electric locomotive as follows:
1) Whether the roof and door of the driver's cab are intact.
2) Whether the connector is good.
3) Whether the hand brake and sand spreading device are flexible and effective.
4) Whether the lighting is bright and whether the alarm sound is clear and loud.
5) Whether the communication device is normal.
6) Whether the battery voltage meets the requirements.
7) Whether the storage battery box is securely placed and whether the locking device is reliable.
8) When the power is cut off, whether the controller reversing and operating handle are flexible, and whether the locking is reliable.
2. Problems found during the inspection must be dealt with in a timely manner or reported to the leader on duty. When any of the brakes, lights, alarm bells (horns), connectors and sand-spreading devices of the electric locomotive is abnormal or the explosion-proof part loses the explosion-proof performance, the locomotive shall not be used. The above situation should be recorded in the succession record book.
3. The sand box should be filled with dry fine sand of the specified size.
4. Car escorts should be urged to carefully check the arrangement and loading of vehicles, etc., and they are not allowed to drive in any of the following situations.
1) The connection of each car is abnormal.
2) The number of tractors exceeds the regulations.
3) The contour of the material loaded on the mine car exceeds the contour size of the tractor locomotive.
4) There are passengers on the locomotives or vehicles transporting materials (not including escorts and authorized personnel).
5) When transporting flammable, explosive or corrosive items, the use, assembly or loading of the vehicle does not meet the requirements.
6) There are other hidden dangers affecting safe driving.
Three, start
1. Connect the relevant electric (gas) circuits in order, start the corresponding electric (gas) meters and instruments, turn on the lights and red tail lights.
2. After receiving the start signal, switch the controller to the handle to the corresponding position ("forward" or "backward"). First sound the horn (ring the bell) to warn, then release the hand brake, and turn the controller operating handle counterclockwise to gradually increase the vehicle speed to the running speed. Drivers are strictly prohibited from driving outside the vehicle. It is strictly forbidden to drive without releasing the brakes.
3. When the controller operating handle turns from the zero position to the first position, if the train does not move, it is allowed to turn to the second position (allowing 60 degrees of rotation). If the train still does not move, generally you should not continue to turn the handle. Instead, turn the handle back to the zero position to find out the cause. If the wheel is slipping, you can reverse the locomotive, touch and loosen the connecting chain, and then start sanding again. It is strictly forbidden to drag the idling for a long time; it is strictly forbidden to drag the brake to prevent the wheel from slipping.
4. When the operating handle is moved from one position to another, it must not be overstepped too quickly, and it must not stay between the two positions.
Fourth, run
1. During normal operation, the driver must sit in the front carport in the direction of the vehicle.
2. During operation, the controller operating handle is only allowed to park for a long time at the specified "normal operating position". If it is necessary to stay in another position for a long time, it should also be avoided to fix it in a certain position for too long to prevent overheating.
3. When adjusting the vehicle speed, the controller operating handle should be reciprocated to the "normal operation" and "zero position" to stay, try to avoid using the hand brake to control the vehicle speed.
4. The locomotive must be at the front end of the train during normal operation, but it is not subject to this limit when shunting and handling accidents. If you use a locomotive to push the vehicle, you must obey the command of the escort, and the speed must be slow.
5. During the exercise, the driver must always pay attention to lookout. It depends on the signal to drive, and it is strictly forbidden to run the red light. Pay attention to observing the positions of the turnouts of personnel, vehicles, turnouts, obstacles on the line, etc., pay attention to the display of various meters and instruments, and operate carefully.
6. When two locomotives or two trains are running on the same track and in the same direction, a distance of not less than 100 meters must be maintained.
7. Train speed: when transporting blasting materials or large materials, it should not exceed 1.5 m/s, and when shunting at the depot, it should not exceed 1 m/s.
8. Close to air gates, roadway openings, tunnel exits, bends, branch roads, places with large slopes or loud noises, etc., before the double-track pair starts up before the car meets the car, and when there are people in front of the car, or when there are obstacles in the line of sight, all The speed must be slowed down and the alarm sounded.
9. Regardless of the power interruption caused by any reason, the operating handle of the controller should be turned back to the zero position, and then restarted. If the power is still off, it should be regarded as a malfunction.
10. When the train breaks down or is abnormal, it must slow down and stop. When there is a risk of an accident or when an emergency stop signal is received, an emergency stop must be made.
Five, slow down and stop
1. When you need to decelerate, you should gradually turn the controller handle in a clockwise direction until it returns to the zero position. The operating handle should return to zero quickly when the speed is sharply decelerated. If the vehicle speed is still fast, a hand brake can be applied appropriately, and sanding can be supplemented as appropriate. It is forbidden to apply the brake when the operating handle has not returned to zero. When it is necessary to stop, the train should be slowly driven to the predetermined location according to the above-mentioned operation sequence, and it is strictly forbidden to use the "reverse current" method to brake the locomotive when the locomotive is stopped by the hand brake.
2. When an emergency stop is needed, you must calmly and quickly turn the controller handle to the zero position, use the hand brake, and spread sand continuously and evenly.
3. When braking, do not apply the brakes too quickly or too violently, otherwise the brake shoes and the wheels may lock up and cause the wheels to slide on the track. If this phenomenon occurs, the brake should be released quickly to relieve it and then reapplied.
4. At the end of braking, the reversing handle of the controller must be turned to the zero position in time.
5. Train braking distance: It should not exceed 20 meters when transporting people; it should not exceed 40 meters when transporting goods.
6. After stopping due to a breakdown on the way, the driver must report to the transportation dispatcher.
7. When the train is busy and stays, under normal circumstances, the following requirements should be met:
1) Stop outside of the warning signs at the fork.
2) Do not stop on the "single round trip" of the main transportation route.
3) It should be parked in a safe zone with a wide roadway, no water or other designated stops
